About Me

I’m Lisa Diem — a yoga instructor, retreat leader, and women’s coach based in the beautiful Kawartha Lakes, Ontario. Yoga has been a transformative force in my life, guiding me through challenges and helping me find balance, peace, and purpose. What began as my personal practice soon became my calling.

Since 2017, I’ve been sharing yoga throughout the Kawartha Lakes, creating welcoming spaces for students of all ages, abilities, and experiences. My classes are designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and nurture a deeper connection to body and breath. With over 500 hours of training, I continue to learn, grow, and explore new ways to support others on their path toward self-discovery and well-being.

Beyond the mat, I pour my heart into LunaSoul Goddess Retreats — sacred gatherings for women in Canada and Costa Rica. These retreats are spaces of sisterhood, rest, laughter, and renewal. They weave together yoga, ritual, creativity, and nature to help women reconnect to themselves and the magic within.

I’m also a proud mom of three grown boys, grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren, and wife to a wonderfully supportive husband. When I’m not teaching or leading retreats, you’ll likely find me in my garden, walking by the lake, or soaking up the Costa Rican sunshine during the winter months.

Yoga has been my anchor through anxiety and self-doubt — a source of healing that helped me rediscover my worth and self-love. My deepest joy is helping other women do the same: to slow down, reconnect, and rise into who they truly are.

What I Offer

Weekly Classes

I welcome you to join us for a class.
A series of warm up movements (pratapana) will promote circulation and synovial fluid in the joints, aid detoxification and nutrient dispersion in the tissues, and prepare the body for yoga postures. The heart of the class is a sequence of postures linked fluidly together that connects your movement with the pace of your breath.
You will stretch, lengthen, and balance in a way that encourages mind/body connection and listening to your body’s intuition.  I will guide you to flow gently and creatively through postures, leaving you feeling nourished. Listening to your body and practicing self-care is always encouraged; if certain postures and movements do not work in your body, consider this an opportunity to explore something different! Awareness of sensation, the 5 senses, breath, and connection to nature is woven throughout the practice. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation.
Note: This style of class is very accessible to all different ages and body types

Private Classes

Whether you are a beginner or seasoned yogi a private yoga class provides the perfect opportunity for us to work together to focus on the unique requirements of your body and energy. Each class is designed for you. Together we can explore what works for you and further your potential. Individual sessions are ideal for individual needs. Private classes offer you the freedom to pick and choose what suits you the most. I welcome individuals, groups, company lunch breaks, or private parties.
