Women’s Fall Weekend Retreat in Muskoka
The Gathering of the Embodied Woman. A Three Night Sacred Autumn Retreat in the Woods of Muskoka.
October 2 – 5, 2026 – FULL – taking a waitlist – Please reach out about a second date.
Muskoka, Ontario
A gathering for women craving depth, laughter, and a return to what feels real.
This is an invitation to step away from the noise and into the rhythm of the season.
To gather in the woods of Muskoka, where forest meets still water and autumn moves slowly.
To soften, slow down, and step into something more honest and nourishing.
The Gathering of the Embodied Women is an intimate autumn retreat for women who feel the pull toward something deeper, yet lighthearted. A space where you are not here to fix yourself, improve yourself, or become someone new. You are here to rest into who you already are.
This is a gathering rooted in sisterhood. In coming together without comparison or expectation. In sitting in circle, being seen, and being held by a shared sense of belonging. There is ease here. Warmth. A remembering that you don’t have to do this alone.
This gathering is held not only by sisterhood, but by the season that surrounds us.
Autumn shapes the energy of this retreat. A season of release and reflection. A time to shed what no longer fits and come home to yourself, supported by nature and by one another.
You don’t need to arrive with answers or to show up in any particular way.
You are welcome exactly as you are…
The Gathering
This is a gathering shaped by presence rather than pace.
From the moment you arrive, there is an invitation to settle. To let the edges soften. To exhale out of the noise of everyday life and into a slower, more intentional rhythm. Time here is not rushed or packed. It is spacious, held, and allowed to unfold.
We gather as women in shared presence and simplicity. There is no fixing, no performing, and no expectation to be anything other than yourself. This is a space where stories are shared, silence is honoured, and laughter rises naturally. Where being seen feels safe and belonging feels effortless.
Movement and rest are woven gently through the days. The body is invited to soften rather than strive, to reconnect rather than push. Deep rest is honoured as essential, not optional, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to quiet.
Nature is an integral part of the gathering. Time is spent in the forest and by the lake, allowing the natural world to guide reflection and grounding. Some moments are quiet and inward. Others are connective and warm. Both are equally welcome.
This gathering is held not only by sisterhood, but by the season itself. Autumn invites release, reflection, and a turning inward. As the landscape sheds what it no longer needs, you are supported in doing the same, gently and in your own time.
There is no pressure to participate in everything. You are encouraged to listen inward, follow your own rhythm, and take what feels nourishing. This is a gathering designed to feel deeply human. A balance of depth and playfulness. Stillness and laughter. Connection and rest.
You arrive as you are. You leave feeling more like yourself.
This weekend is more than just a retreat—it’s a sanctuary for your soul. A place where you can fully embrace your presence, reconnect with yourself, and experience the beauty of autumn in Muskoka in a way you’ve never felt before.
This retreat is small and intimate, spots are limited.

A Culinary Experience to Nourish Your Body & Soul
Every aspect of your retreat is designed to nourish and rejuvenate you—including the food. Throughout the weekend, our delicious meals and snacks will be thoughtfully prepared by a local chef, a culinary artist.
Chef Anna-Lisa has loved to cook for as long as she can remember. What began as a childhood passion has grown into a deeply creative and intuitive approach to food. She has studied culinary arts at George Brown College, bringing formal training into her intuitive, home-style approach to cooking.
Anna-Lisa believes food should be nourishing, comforting, and beautifully simple. Her meals are thoughtfully prepared to support rest, connection, and the overall retreat experience. Inspired by seasonal ingredients, nature, and the joy of gathering, her cooking brings warmth to every table.
She shares her culinary creations and recipe photography on Instagram at @mybobcaygeonkitchen.
At Muskoka Soul, Anna-Lisa offers meals that nourish both body and soul, adding a little magic to the rhythm of rest, connection, and retreat.

Woven intentionally throughout the weekend:
Rituals and Sacred Practices – Gather in ritual to work with intention, release what no longer serves you, and connect with the energy of the season. These practices are grounded and accessible, offering space for reflection, clarity, and inner alignment.
A Magical Workshop – One thoughtfully curated creative workshop designed to invite play, intuition, and making. This is a space to explore, create, and take something meaningful home with you. No experience needed, just curiosity and an open heart.
Yoga With a View – Our beautiful yoga space offers panoramic views of the forest and lake, creating a peaceful and grounding setting for movement and rest. Practices are gentle, nourishing, and accessible, including soul settling evening Yoga Nidra. Morning and evening practices.
Pranayama and the Power of Breath Workshop – A dedicated pranayama workshop focused on the breath as a tool for regulation, awareness, and deeper connection. You’ll be guided through different breathing practices you can return to long after the retreat ends, supporting calm, clarity, and presence in everyday life.
Meditation Walks Through the Forest – Spend time moving mindfully through the autumn kissed trees, feeling the earth beneath your feet and breathing in the fresh forest air. These walks invite grounding, presence, and connection with the natural world.
Fire Circle and Sisterhood Gathering – One evening, we gather around the fire for shared stories, laughter, and connection. This is a warm and grounding space to be seen, to listen, and to feel the ease of sisterhood in its simplest form.
Time on the Water – If you love being on the lake, bring your own SUP or kayak and enjoy quiet moments exploring the peaceful waters of Lake Muskoka during your free time. Or relax on a Muskoka chair and enjoy the calmness of the lake.
This retreat is intentionally small and intimate, allowing space for genuine connection, rest, and presence. Spots are limited.
