A Mystical Women’s Retreat in PEI
Sea & Soul
Inspired by the sea, sisterhood, and the rhythm of your own soul.
June 12 – 17, 2027
Imagine a place where time softens, where the sea air lingers on your skin, and where the rhythm of the island begins to quiet the noise you have been carrying.
Prince Edward Island is a land of red earth, rolling green fields, open sky, wild grasses, storybook charm, and sea breeze. It is the kind of place that invites you to slow down without forcing it, to breathe a little deeper, and to remember that there is beauty in moving with the natural rhythm of the day.
Sea & Soul is not just a retreat. It is a gathering of women drawn to the water, to creativity, to movement, to rest, to sisterhood, and to the quiet magic that happens when we step away from everyday life long enough to hear ourselves again.
For six days, you are invited into the energy of the island, where the sea is close enough to call you toward it, the land feels alive beneath your feet, and the days unfold with a rhythm that feels spacious, feminine, and soul led.
During our days together, you will move with intention, rest deeply, create with your hands, share nourishing meals, gather in sisterhood, and have spacious time to enjoy the beauty of the island. There will be moments for yoga and breath, sound healing and Yoga Nidra, sea glass and folklore, quiet afternoons by the pool or hot tub, walks toward the sea, bike rides, and simple moments where nothing is asked of you at all.
This is a gathering for the women who feel called by the sea, by story, by movement, by creativity, and by the quiet magic of being held in sisterhood.
It is for the dreamers, the storytellers, the deep feelers, the old souls, and the women who are ready to feel more like themselves again.
Not by becoming someone new, but by softening into the parts of themselves that have been waiting to breathe.
Come as you are. All of you is welcomed here.
Why this retreat feels like island magic
It’s the energy of the island. The sea nearby. The red earth, open sky, salt air, and the way Prince Edward Island seems to invite you into a slower rhythm without asking you to become anything other than who you already are.
This retreat is not only about the yoga, the meals, the workshops, or the time away. It is about how all of those pieces begin to feel different when they are held by the beauty of the island, the wisdom of the water element, and the quiet magic of women gathering with intention.
Yoga becomes a way of arriving back in your body. Yoga Nidra becomes a place to rest more deeply than you may have allowed yourself to rest in a long time. Sound healing becomes an invitation to soften and receive. Creativity is woven in gently, through moments of making, reflection, story, and island inspiration.
It’s the way the days are woven together with movement and stillness, laughter and quiet, time in circle and spacious moments on your own. It’s soaking in the saltwater pool, sharing meals around the table, walking toward the sea, or noticing how good it feels to have nowhere else to be.
It’s not one single thing that makes the magic.
It’s how the sea, the land, the movement, the creativity, the rest, and the sisterhood all begin to work together, gently stirring something inside of you.
If you feel it stirring already, that’s your sign.
We would love to welcome you.
What will your week look like?
Six days to step out of the ordinary and into your Sea Goddess self.
A rhythm of movement, breath, creativity, rest, sisterhood, and sea inspired magic, with space to feel more present, more alive, and more connected to yourself.
Each practice and experience will be woven through the themes of the sea, the water element, feminine energy, creativity, intuition, and flow.
No experience is needed, only a willingness to arrive as you are.
Here’s a glimpse of what we’ll move through together:
• Yoga: soulful movement to connect with your body, your breath, and the rhythm of your own energy
• Yoga Nidra: deep rest journeys to soothe the nervous system and allow the body to soften
• Sound Healing with a Local PEI Sound Healer: a beautiful sound bath experience to support relaxation, release, and inner stillness
• Island Inspired Creativity with Joydesigns, a Local PEI Artist: a guided sea glass workshop where you’ll create your own whimsical piece of island art, infused with PEI folklore, beachcomber magic, a sea glass show and tell, and a little beachcombers trivia
• Sea Goddess Energy: gentle rituals and practices woven through the week to connect with the water element, intuition, softness, creativity, and inner wisdom
• Movement Beyond the Mat: walks toward the sea, bike rides, pool/hot tub time, island exploring, and simple moments to feel alive in your body
• Restorative Time: space to soak in the saltwater pool, enjoy the hot tub or sauna, journal, read, nap, rest in the sunshine, or simply do nothing at all
A Glimpse Into Your Day
Awake slowly to the softness of the island, the morning light, the quiet rhythm of nature, and the feeling of a day that does not need to be rushed.
Each day will follow its own natural rhythm, allowing space for movement, creativity, connection, rest, and soul nourishment. While the schedule may shift with the energy of the group, the weather, and the flow of the retreat, here’s a glimpse of what a day may hold:
Sample Daily Flow
subject to change
• Morning: light coffee, tea, quiet reflection, or time to simply ease into the day
• Morning Practice: yoga, breath, movement, and grounding
• Breakfast: a nourishing morning meal shared together
• Midday: soulful workshop, sea inspired creativity, circle, or island experience
• Lunch: time to gather, nourish, and connect
• Afternoon: spacious free time to rest, swim, journal, wander, enjoy the hot tub or sauna, walk to the sea in about 30 minutes, take a quick bike ride to the water, or, if you have a car, head into Cavendish for the beach, shops, or a little island exploring just 10 minutes away
• Evening: dinner, conversation, laughter, ritual, sound healing, Yoga Nidra, or quiet time beneath the softness of an island night
A Day of Story, Island Wonder & Sisterhood
Midweek, we’ll spend a day wandering through the places where story, imagination, and island magic seem to live in the air.
This is the part of the retreat where we allow our inner dreamer to come forward, the part of ourselves that still believes in wonder, beauty, old stories, secret paths, and the feeling that certain places can awaken something inside of us.
Together, we’ll visit some of the landscapes that shaped the imagination of L.M. Montgomery, the author of Anne of Green Gables. Places of red earth, quiet trails, green gables, whispering trees, and the kind of beauty that makes you want to pause and listen.
• Green Gables Heritage Place: wander the grounds where imagination and landscape came together, where stories were born.
• A Walking Meditation through Lover’s Lane: a quiet, reflective moment to move slowly through the trail and take in the beauty around you.
• L.M. Montgomery’s Cavendish Home Site: walk the land where Lucy Maud Montgomery dreamed, wrote, and gathered inspiration from the world around her
• Montgomery Park: a peaceful stop with space to pause, reflect, and honour the woman whose imagination continues to touch hearts around the world
• A Picnic at Green Gables: time to slow down, share food, breathe in the island air, and allow the beauty of the day to settle into your bones
“The world calls them its singers and poets and artists and storytellers; but they are just people who have never forgotten the way to fairyland.”
— Lucy Maud Montgomery
About The Space
Tucked along the winding roads of PEI’s Green Gables Shore, Graham Inn welcomes you like a long-lost friend. Just minutes from Cavendish and nestled beside the whispering trees of the National Park, this custom-designed inn offers a sanctuary where comfort meets quiet enchantment.
Inside, eight thoughtfully appointed guest rooms — each with its own ensuite bathroom — offer a mix of private and semi-private options. Whether you’re seeking solitude or sharing space with a sister in circle, every room is designed to feel like a cozy, restful haven. Semi-private rooms are shared between two guests, with separate beds and plenty of space to retreat when needed.
The heart of the inn beats in its shared spaces: a sunlit dining room for gathering, and a welcoming lounge where stories, laughter, and cups of tea are passed with ease.
But it’s the indoor heated saltwater pool, outdoor hot tub, and barrel sauna that truly set the tone for deep relaxation and renewal. Whether you’re floating weightlessly, soaking under the stars, or warming your bones, these spaces invite you to unwind and reconnect.
Step outside, and you’ll find yourself embraced by nature. The inn’s grounds offer serene spots for morning meditations, afternoon journaling, or simply breathing in the crisp island air. There is also an outdoor pavilion for us to use for gatherings, socializing and yoga. And with the National Park’s trails just a stone’s throw away, opportunities for contemplative walks abound.
Graham Inn isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a sacred pause, where the land holds you and your magic begins to unfold.

Nourishment That Heals & Delights
At the heart of every gathering is a table — and at this retreat, it’s one filled with warmth, nourishment, and soul.
All meals (except one dinner out) will be lovingly prepared by a private chef, whose heart-led cooking nourishes far beyond the plate. Every dish is prepared with care and intention to support not just your body, but your spirit. Rooted in seasonal ingredients and inspired by the rhythm of the island, the food is both grounding and elevated — the kind that comforts, connects, and delights.
Each day begins with a continental breakfast — fresh fruit, yogurt, island-sourced offerings, and a rotating selection of wholesome pastries and muffins made or chosen with love. Lunches and dinners are soulful, flavourful, and created to support your journey inward.
Tea, coffee, and fresh fruit will always be available, for slow mornings, afternoon pauses, and quiet moments in between. Whether you’re sipping tea at sunrise, enjoying laughter over a picnic at Green Gables, or gathering for a cozy evening meal, each bite is part of the journey.
This isn’t just eating. It’s sacred nourishment — for your body, your magic, and your becoming.
You are welcome to bring any extra drinks you may want during your stay outside of tea and coffee.
