It’s a place that calls to the ancient part of you, the one who still remembers ritual, rhythm, and reverence. The one who feels the pull of the moon in her bones and knows she was never meant to dim her light.

This is Moonspell in the Jungle, a sacred gathering beneath the glow of the Full Moon, a week-long remembering of your own wild wisdom. For seven days, you’ll move through a cycle of release and renewal, guided by different styles of yoga, meditation, sound, and ritual that awaken your inner knowing and reconnect you to your own sacred rhythm.

Each day unfolds gently, the warmth of the sun on your skin, tropical air alive with possibility, and quiet moments that feel like spells themselves. Afternoons invite stillness, laughter, or connection, space to rest deeply or follow what calls to your heart.

Rituals are woven softly through it all, intuitive, feminine, and free, reminding you that self-care is both sacred and playful. Evenings shimmer beneath the moon’s glow, where intention becomes energy and energy becomes transformation.

This is a gathering for the woman who feels the whisper of the moon calling her home and the magic deep within her bone.

It’s a week of movement and stillness, of heart-opening sisterhood and wild, joyful self-care — a chance to exhale, reset, and rediscover the magic that’s been within you all along.

Where We’ll Stay — Casas Kismet

Tucked high above the Pacific coastline, surrounded by jungle canopy and soft ocean breezes, Casas Kismet is more than a place to stay — it’s a sanctuary.

This boutique retreat centre rests on a quiet hillside, offering sweeping views of the sea and the emerald jungle that surrounds it. Designed for yoga, wellness, and soul-centered gatherings, it’s a space known for its peaceful energy, vibrant food, cleanliness, and thoughtful details.

This will be Lisa’s fourth time returning to Casas Kismet — a space she knows intimately and now shares with Angela and a new circle of women ready to rise.

For the week of our retreat, the entire property is ours, a private haven for our sacred sisterhood.

You’ll fall asleep wrapped in the hush of the jungle night, wake to the call of tropical birds, and move through your days in rhythm with nature. The beach lies just down the hill, a nice walk through jungle blooms and tropical breeze, or a short Tuk Tuk ride straight to the sea.

Our retreat unfolds in Nosara, Costa Rica — a vibrant, soul-stirring town nestled between lush jungle and the Pacific Ocean on the Nicoya Peninsula.

Built on quartz crystal, Nosara is not just a destination, it’s a frequency.

Here, days begin with howler monkeys, birdsong, and salt air. The sun rises over the jungle and melts into the sea, golden, glowing, and wide open. The Pacific invites you to move, float, and release, while the jungle cradles you in her green arms, alive, untamed, and full of wisdom.

Nosara is known for its healing energy, conscious community, and devotion to holistic living. Locals and travellers alike live close to the earth here, barefoot, intentional, heart-led. It’s the kind of place where your nervous system exhales the moment you arrive.

It’s no wonder women return here again and again, not just for the beauty, but for the way this land remembers them, holds them, mirrors them.

Each room at Casas Kismet has been intentionally designed to support deep rest, soulful reflection, and connection — both within and with the women around you.

All rooms are air-conditioned, and include ensuite bathrooms. Most rooms have been recently renovated. Some overlook the ocean. Some tuck into the trees. All are thoughtfully created to feel calm, nourishing, and just the right amount of sacred —  they all include mini fridges, coffee makers, luxurious locally made bath/body products and Wi-Fi. Penthouse suites come with a full kitchen and living room.

Food to nourish the mind, body and soul

Food is a sacred part of this retreat. Each day, our private chef will prepare meals that are bursting with colour, flavour, and Prana (life-force energy). Expect nourishing dishes made from local, organic Costa Rican ingredients — think juicy mangoes, sweet pineapple, creamy avocado, casado, gallo pinto, and healing herbs picked fresh. Every plate is more than just food; it’s part of your journey — created with care, intention, and a whole lot of soul. One evening, we’ll head out to a local restaurant to give our beloved chef a well-deserved break and to savour the vibrant flavours of Nosara’s food scenem. Tea and coffee, are available daily, and dietary needs are always considered with love.

We chose Casas Kismet because it holds women beautifully. It’s warm, soulful, and elegant without being fussy — the kind of place that makes you feel instantly at home.

A Sample Day in the Jungle

Each day unfolds like a ritual — slow, intentional, and infused with soul.

You’ll rise with the sun and the soft sounds of the jungle, sipping herbal tea or Costa Rican coffee before easing into the day with a gentle yoga or meditation practice. Breakfast follows, colourful, nourishing, and crafted by our chef with fresh, local ingredients.

Mid-mornings invite you into sacred workshops, movement, journaling, or unstructured time to wander, rest, swim, or soak up the wild beauty around you.

Afternoons bring dreamy sessions like a sound bath in the Shala, intuitive DIY jungle herb crafting with our guest, the Jungle Witch, beach/pool time or quiet hammock time. This is also when planned excursions may take place.

As the sun dips, we gather again — sometimes for ceremony, sometimes for nothing more than laughter and connection. Evenings are slow and sacred: nourishing dinners, full moon rituals, hypnosis journeys, or Yoga Nidra under the stars.

But just as important as the offerings… is the space between.

We honour rest. We build in downtime. We play and have fun!

Whether you’re pulled toward the sea, your journal, or your bed — there’s always room to do what you need.

Lisa is a yoga teacher, retreat facilitator and soulful guide devoted to helping women reconnect with themselves. She is a certified 500hr+ yoga educator with hundreds of hours of training and Reiki Level 2 certification, specializing in retreats that support women in every stage of life.

Lisa creates sacred, nurturing spaces where women can exhale, reconnect, and rise into their power. Her retreats blend Yoga Flows, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, seasonal rituals, intuitive practices, and sisterhood circles — all held in beautiful locations across Canada and Costa Rica.
