Our 6-week group coaching program offers:

6 Weekly 75 – 90 minute Supportive Group Coaching Sessions on Zoom where you’ll feel seen, heard, and supported.

Sessions include group coaching, card readings, reiki, yoga and a little magic.

Yoga and Meditation Practices tailored to women’s unique needs in menopause during our weekly sessions.

Mind-Body Wellness Tools to alleviate symptoms and promote emotional well-being.

Grounding Practices to help you set strong, foundational goals for this phase of life.

Journaling Prompts and Reflection Exercises to guide your inner journey of self-discovery.

Two 1:1 Custom Coaching Calls 30 min each – one call at the beginning and one half way through the program.

Unlimited messenger and email support through out the program.

Lisa Diem is a highly experienced yoga educator, certified with over 500 hours of training and thousands of hours of teaching. As a Reiki Level 2 practitioner, Lisa specializes in curating transformative retreats and coaching programs designed to uplift and empower women. Her expertise spans Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Children’s Yoga, Meditation, Women’s Coaching, and specialty workshops, offering a holistic and well-rounded experience for all participants.

Lisa’s heart-centered approach to yoga brings a gentle, flowing, and nurturing energy to her classes. She skillfully blends Pranayama (breath work), Asana (postures), and meditation to help women deeply connect with their bodies, minds, and spirits. Believing in the power of yoga to transform life both on and off the mat, she empowers her students to live with greater intention, joy, and well-being.

Drawing on her ancestral pagan roots, Lisa has been initiated as a Priestess under the teachings of Ann Moura. She incorporates the ancient wisdom of herbs, crystals, and intention into her practice, offering a deeply spiritual and healing experience.

When she’s not leading retreats or coaching, Lisa enjoys a peaceful life in Fenelon Falls with her husband, Chris, their children, and grandchildren. She finds joy in gardening, canoeing, swimming, and escaping to Nosara, Costa Rica during the winter months.
