We are a small studio. We are asking students to please understand our policies. Our goal is to create a space for students without overcrowding the class or letting space go to waste unnecessarily.

To create an environment of respect and professionalism, and to be fair to all we have the following cancellation policies in place:

Workshops & Day Retreats:

We understand that life gets in the way sometimes and last-minute cancellation are never wanted nor expected and are often out of our guests’ control.

If you cancel your retreat, Fenelon Yoga does not offer refunds for any reason, as we do have costs that have already incurred such as supplies for workshops, food, accommodations and staffing. You may gift or sell your spot to a friend who is not already attending. If we have a waitlist and can pass your spot on, only then could you receive a full refund.

Workshops include Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Day Retreats and any other special Yoga events. Deposits are non refundable. 

Our retreats are confirmed to run once minimum numbers are registered, and may be canceled or postponed if these numbers are not met. If we cancel a retreat for any reason, we will give you a choice between a full refund or a transfer to another retreat or workshop of the same value.

Weekend Retreats:

Our policies are similar to what you would see when purchasing airline or event tickets or booking a guided adventure. If you cancel your retreat, Fenelon Yoga does not offer refunds for any reason. Due to costs that have occurred months and sometimes a year in advance of your arrival we must have these policies in place.

We will gladly transfer your retreat to another potential guest if you are able to find someone to take your place or if we have a waitlist, however it will be your responsibility to arrange payment details between yourself and this potential guest. Please notify us in the event that you would like to transfer your retreat to another guest for any reason. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, sickness etc), but we have costs already incurred when planning these experiences. Food costs, supplies, accommodation costs and more.

All deposits are non refundable

30 days before arrival: no refund and cannot be transferred to another retreat.

60 days before arrival: 50% of your paid retreat (not including the deposit) can be transferred to another retreat, this may be day retreats if another retreat in Ontario is not in the books.

Classes:

Cancellations of an entire session registration less than 7 days of the start date will not be refunded.  Classes cannot be transferred to the next session or other classes.
