Below you will find the room options. Single rooms tend to go first so if you want one of those don’t delay. I will also be keeping a waitlist for those who would like that if it comes available later as room configurations can change. With the shared rooms we will as much as possible put together a room of friends at everyone’s request. This can be done with doubles and quads. So make sure to send in your booking request together if you would like to share a room. You can also head over to the main Casas Kismet website and see more pictures of the rooms there.

- Select the room you would like to stay in. Also choose a second option based on what is available (look at room selection above).
- Email Cathy Wassermann or Elisabeth Parsons to start the process. Include your name, the date you are booking for and the rooms you would like. Also let us know if you are booking with someone else (friend, sister etc.). Keep in mind this retreat is only for women. Contact info just below this.
- Cathy Wassermann will send you an online registration form and take your deposit to hold your room.

What are the payment options?
A non refundable credit card deposit of $750 US is required at time of booking to hold your room. The remaining balance is due December 13th, 2022 and will be charged to your card then.

What is the Agenda and can I choose what I participate in?

All activities are optional of course. Please let me know if you have further questions or if you require some special considerations.
What is the agenda, and do I have to participate in everything?
Of course not. Everything is optional. You have chosen the Rising Moon Sisters retreat for a reason so choose to do whatever feels right to fulfill that purpose.

What if Covid closes the borders again?
As the worldwide COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic remains ongoing at this time, I acknowledge that for this reason, and other reasons not reasonably foreseeable at this time, these travel plans may be interrupted or cancelled by the supplier that is providing them, a government entity or other third party over which Wassermann Retreats/Vision Travel & The Separation Club has no control. I further acknowledge that the supplier’s own cancellation, rebooking and refund policies, subject to any applicable law that is now or may later be in effect, will govern my rights and remedies, including my right to receive a refund, in such an event.
It is highly recommended you purchase travel insurance to cover you in these circumstances.
If the retreat gets cancelled for these unforeeable and unpreventable reasons, it will be rescheduled and your booking will be honoured.
What is the cancellation policy?
All retreat payments are 100% non-refundable.
Do I need to arrange transportation from Airport to the resort?
There are two major international airports in Costa Rica.
The closest is Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) – Liberia, CR
Liberia’s airport is the major airport closest to Nosara, It is approximately a 2.5 – 3 hour drive from Liberia to Nosara by car/shuttle. We are suggesting that guests fly in to LIR and catch a group shuttle (approx $40 USD) or private shuttle (approx $150 USD) to Nosara on the 4th.
Our travel partner Wassermann Retreats and our hosts as Casas Kismet can help with some group bookings of this shuttle. Speak to the travel agent about this if you are interested at time of booking please. You will need to share your flight info well before day of arrival.
What are the extras should I budget for?
- Excursions (approx. $70 each) optional
- One midweek meal (dinner) in town
- Alcohol – for sale at Casas Kismet and in town
- Travel / Cancellation insurance
- Gratuities. At the end of the week it’s nice to leave the lovely staff at Casas Kismet something to show our appreciation. The norm is approx. $80-$100. We will put out a box and then it will all be dispersed among the staff by the owners.
- Souvenirs and shuttles into town unless you walk.
- Shuttles to and from the airport – this can be arranged for you
Are there excursion?
Yes, of course! These are at an extra cost and available to you at your arrangement. You can contact the concierge at the resort directly to arrange. It is suggested that you contact them and book yourself in to something 14 days in advance to make sure to be able to do what you wish. Surfing lessons are very popular.

Should I buy travel insurance?
We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance. The cost of travel insurance is much less compared to the financial loss you could be protected from if you must interrupt or cancel your trip unexpectedly. The cost of medical insurance is also small in comparison to the potential costs of unexpected medical emergencies while travelling. Make sure to include any potential Covid related expenses.

Is there a packing list?
This is the fun part! Packing, anticipating etc. I will be sending you a packing list after your final payment but well before the trip so you can have lots of time to organize and pick up the things you need/want.
