Detox & Reset Retreat

Welcome the New Year with a Refreshing Start with Lisa and Lyndele.
Step into the new year with renewed energy, clarity, and purpose. After the holiday season’s busyness, this half-day retreat offers you a sanctuary to unwind, release lingering stress, and nurture yourself deeply. Designed to restore your body and mind, this retreat is your invitation to let go of what no longer serves you and start fresh, feeling lighter and more balanced.
Guided by Lisa and Lyndele, you’ll experience the powerful combination of detoxification, nourishing self-care, and deep relaxation. Through mindful practices rooted in Ayurveda and restorative yoga, you’ll have the opportunity to ground yourself, reflect, and reconnect with your inner calm as you enter this new chapter.

What to Expect

Kitchari Workshop & Tasting

Begin your journey with a warming bowl of kitchari, a staple of Ayurvedic healing used for gentle cleansing and rebalancing. This comforting dish, made from a blend of rice, split mung beans, and healing spices, supports the body’s natural detoxification process. Kitchari is easy to digest, offering balanced nutrition that calms and restores the digestive system after seasonal indulgence.
Guided by Lyndele, you’ll explore the roots and benefits of kitchari in Ayurvedic tradition. This workshop provides an in-depth look at the recipe, ingredients, and preparation methods so you can recreate this nourishing dish at home whenever you need a reset. Through hands-on demonstration you will get to enjoy a nourishing bowl of kitchari and discover how kitchari serves as a gentle and grounding way to cleanse, restoring energy and balance from the inside out.

Restorative Yoga Nidra & Reiki

After nourishing your body, enter a deeply restful state with Lisa as she leads a transformative Restorative Yoga Nidra session. Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation technique that encourages deep relaxation by gently guiding you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. This practice allows you to release the stress and tension accumulated over the holiday season, helping you to access a sense of inner peace and calm.
To deepen your reset, Lyndele enhances the session with Reiki, a soothing energy-healing practice that works to clear blocked energy and promote emotional and physical balance. Reiki complements the restful effects of Restorative Yoga, helping you enter a truly restorative state. This class is designed for all levels and will leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned as you step into the new year with renewed vitality.
