A Magical Women’s Retreat in the Heart of PEI

June 7 – 12, 2026

Imagine a place where time slows, where soft morning light spills over rolling green fields, and the scent of wild grasses mingles with salt-kissed air. Prince Edward Island is a land of raw beauty — where red earth meets sea breeze, and the landscape hums with a quiet, captivating magic. Though the ocean is never far, it’s the stillness of the land — the open sky, the whispering trees, the fertile ground beneath your feet — that welcomes you home.

It’s a place that feels like a secret kept by the island herself, a sanctuary where the world falls away and all that’s left is you.

This is not just a retreat — it’s a gathering.

A gathering of women seeking rest, renewal, and reconnection. For six days, you’re invited to step into this sacred space — a circle held beneath the vast expanse of the PEI sky. Here, the waxing moon rises each night, growing in light and energy. It’s a time of gentle expansion, a celestial invitation to awaken your intentions, rekindle your inner spark, and rediscover the woman beneath the surface.

Picture mornings steeped in peace as the soft mist rises off the land, your breath moving in sync with the rhythm of nature. Gentle yoga and guided meditation create space for grounding, while the scent of sea air and wild grasses lingers around you. Afternoons invite soulful connection and quiet moments of reflection — time for journaling, intention-setting, or exploring the deeper parts of yourself through practices that feel just magical.

Rituals will be woven softly through your days — intuitive, nurturing, and rooted in ancient wisdom — inviting you to awaken the parts of you that may have been quiet for too long. Evenings will unfold beneath the glow of the waxing moon, where each growing sliver of light mirrors your own rising energy. In this sacred space, your magic stirs, intentions take root, and ritual becomes the bridge between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming.

This is a gathering for the woman who longs to slow down, who craves connection, and who desires to feel whole again. It’s for the dreamers, the seekers, and those who yearn to be seen, heard, and held in the sacredness of sisterhood.

Come as you are.

Leave as more.

Your magic is welcome here.

Why This Retreat Feels Like Magic

It’s the energy. The land. The intention behind every detail.

It’s the way PEI wraps you in her quiet beauty — the red earth, the sea-kissed air, the soft green fields that seem to breathe with you. It’s the sacred rhythm of the days, the way we move with intention, and the way ritual, rest, and sisterhood are gently woven into each moment

It’s waking up to the scent of wild grasses and pastries, soaking in the saltwater pool under soft light, or sharing stories under a canopy of stars. It’s the way you feel seen — truly seen — in circle with other women who are on their own path of becoming.

It’s not just yoga or hypnosis or walks in nature…

It’s how all of it works together to bring you back to yourself — gently, powerfully, and with just enough magic to stir something ancient inside you.

If you feel it stirring already, that’s your sign.

We’d love to welcome you.

What will your week look like?

This is a portal — six days to step out of the ordinary and into the sacred. A rhythm of breath, movement, ritual, and rest designed to help you soften, awaken, and remember who you are beneath the surface.

No experience is needed — only a willingness to show up and open.

Here’s a glimpse of the sacred rhythm we’ll move through together:

Gentle, Soulful Yoga – slow, supportive movement for all levels, woven with breath and presence

Yoga Nidra – deep rest journeys to soothe the nervous system and open the inner realms

Hypnosis Sessions – explore the subconscious, clear energetic residue, and reclaim your power

Daily Rituals – think moon magic, candlelight, sacred tools, and spells of intention

Workshops – creative hands-on sessions to anchor your magic in the physical

Restorative Time – soak in the indoor saltwater pool, sauna, or hot tub… or disappear into a cozy corner with a journal and tea

Walking Meditations – through ancient trees and wild paths in PEI’s Provincial Park

Cliffside + Seaside Wandering – visits to Cavendish’s red cliffs and windswept beach to connect with earth and sea. The beach is a beautiful 20 minute walk away.

A Glimpse Into Your Day

Awake slowly to the sound of nature — the breeze through the trees, birdsong in the distance, and the soft stillness of morning on the island.

Each day follows a gentle rhythm, allowing space for connection, movement, rest, and soul nourishment. While the schedule may shift to suit the energy of the group, here’s a glimpse of what a day might hold:

Sample Daily Flow (subject to change)

6:00 AM – Light coffee, tea & quiet reflection

8:00 AM – Morning yoga practice

9:15 AM – Nourishing continental breakfast

10:30 AM – Soulful workshop, ritual, or guided circle

12:30 PM – Lunch

Afternoon – Free time to rest, swim, hot tub, wander, or gather with your sisters

Evening

6:00 PM – Dinner

After dinner – Moon rituals, candlelit Yoga Nidra, fireside stories,  hypnosis therapy, intuitive sessions or quiet stargazing

A Day of Story, Sorcery & Sisterhood Outing

Midweek, we’ll step into a spellbinding day woven with island lore — a pilgrimage of sorts to the places where imagination meets memory:

Green Gables Heritage Site – wander the grounds where Anne’s story first sparked, and where Lucy Maud Montgomery wove words into wonder

L.M. Montgomery’s Cavendish Home Site – walk the very land where Lucy Maud grew up, dreamed, and penned the beginnings of literary magic

A Sacred Picnic on the Land – where stories, snacks, and sunlight are shared

Avonlea Village – a quaint, cottage-core pocket of charm with shops, sweets, and whimsy

Cavendish Cemetery – a reverent visit to L.M. Montgomery’s resting place under tall, whispering trees

+ A few secrets we’re keeping tucked in our spellbooks — special touches revealed only to those who join the circle

This day carries the energy of story, ancestry, and the quiet kind of magic that lingers long after the sun sets.

“The world calls them its singers and poets and artists and storytellers; but they are just people who have never forgotten the way to fairyland.”

— Lucy Maud Montgomery

Every dish is infused with Reiki energy, prepared with care and intention to support not just your body, but your spirit. Rooted in seasonal ingredients and inspired by the rhythm of the island, her food is both grounding and elevated — the kind that comforts, connects, and delights.

Each day begins with a continental breakfast — fresh fruit, yogurt, island-sourced offerings, and a rotating selection of wholesome pastries and muffins made or chosen with love. Lunches and dinners are soulful, flavourful, and created to support your journey inward.

Tea, coffee, and fresh fruit will always be available, for slow mornings, afternoon pauses, and quiet moments in between. Whether you’re sipping tea at sunrise, enjoying laughter over a picnic at Green Gables, or gathering for a cozy evening meal, each bite is part of the journey.

This isn’t just eating. It’s sacred nourishment — for your body, your magic, and your becoming.
