This half day retreat is an invitation to reconnect with your body, your energy, and the feminine wisdom that lives within you. Through movement, nourishment, and deep rest, you are guided to ignite your inner goddess and then allow her to fully settle, replenish, and receive.

What to Expect

Belly Dance Awakening

The afternoon opens with Saidi belly dance, an earthy and powerful Egyptian folkloric movement style led by Anna Lisa. 

Grounded, elegant, and deeply embodied, Saidi is traditionally danced with a cane, used as a prop to enhance rhythm, strength, and expression. 

Anna Lisa guides you step by step, breaking down the movements in a way that feels fun, accessible, and empowering. Coin belts are provided for each guest to wear and take home, inviting you to feel the rhythm, sound, and confidence of your movement. No experience is needed. Anna Lisa makes this fun and easy for everyone. Tune into your divine feminine and enjoy!

Nourish and Pause

After movement, enjoy a moment to soften and connect over tea and light refreshments. This is a time to nourish the body, settle the energy, and simply be.

 

Closing Goddess Rest with           Restorative Yoga Nidra

The retreat gently closes with Restorative Yoga Nidra, a closing goddess rest where everything is allowed to soften. Supported by props and guided rest, the body unwinds, the nervous system settles, and the energy awakened through movement is given space to integrate.

This final practice invites deep replenishment, grounding, and a sense of wholeness as you return to yourself.

You’ll leave feeling connected, nourished, and deeply rested, carrying your goddess energy with you long after the afternoon ends.

What is Restorative Yoga Nidra?

Restorative Yoga Nidra practice is designed to gently calm the nervous system and guide the body into a state of deep rest. Supported by props and guided awareness, you are invited to soften, release, and rest without effort.

Yoga Nidra is often called yogic sleep, a place between waking and dreaming where the body can restore and the mind can quiet. There is nothing to do and nowhere to go. You are simply guided and held.

This final practice allows the experiences of the day to settle and integrate, leaving you feeling grounded, nourished, and deeply relaxed as you move back into your evening and the days ahead.

About Your Host

Lisa Diem – Retreat Leader – 500hr YTT – LunaSoul Goddess Retreats

Lisa is a highly experienced yoga educator with over 500 hours of certified training and hundreds of hours of teaching experience. She specializes in curating transformative retreats that blend movement, deep rest, sisterhood and connection.

Her work is rooted in supporting women through seasons of transition by creating spaces that invite nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and meaningful rest. Through yoga, restorative practices, Yoga Nidra, and retreat experiences, Lisa guides women back to themselves with compassion, accessibility, and intention.

Known for her calming presence and thoughtfully curated experiences, Lisa weaves together gentle movement, ritual, and goddess inspired energy to create retreats that feel grounding, fun and expansive.

As a Priestess Lisa integrates ancient wisdom with practices like Reiki and Ayurveda to create a holistic experience.

When not teaching, Lisa enjoys time in nature, being with her family, tending her garden, and returning each winter to Nosara, Costa Rica, where she finds inspiration in the slower rhythms of outdoor living.

 

Anna Lisa Flatley – Bellydance Instructor – Bellydance Bobcaygeon

Anna-Lisa has been passionate about Bellydance for over 18 years and has been teaching on and off for 12. She offers relaxed, motivating beginner Bellydance classes that are fun, welcoming, and feminine-focused. Professionally trained in authentic Egyptian Bellydance, Anna-Lisa creates a supportive space where students can move with confidence, joy, and connection. She is the founder of Bellydance Bobcaygeon and is excited to share this beautiful art form with the community.
